Middleeasternet, a company that specializes in Cyber threats and the use of Internet in the Middle East and the Islamic World is looking for interns.
Hackers, leaks, privacy, Anonymous, Social media, the Darknet, Bitcoin, cellular applications, activities of criminal and terrorist groups, as well as state actors, all these and more are terms constantly surrounding us and constituting a part of Cyberspace. Today’s media engages in daily activities in this domain, generating challenges, rivalry and opportunities for the individual, the organization, the company and the country.
Since December 27, 2008, Dr. Tal Pavel’s website Middleeasternet.com has been engaged in writing articles and reports on these events across the globe. A total of 2,222 items have been published in 20 languages, written by 36 authors. 1,667 items were composed in Hebrew, 1,470 of which by Tal Pavel.
An Internship position at Middleeasternet will expose the intern daily to several different areas including multimedia information, values and various threats posed by the use of the Internet and Cyberspace as well as networking with various media agencies in Israel and around the world. Finally, the work involves identifying sources; research, analysis and writing that will give interns the opportunity of increasing their professional experience and will allow them to use the skills gained in many different companies or similar bodies later.
We invite you to take part in these voluntary activities, within the entire range of activities, with an emphasis on writing news items and short pieces related to Cyberspace and Internet, as well as translating and editing in various languages.
