Israeli website hacked as carrier for expected DDoS attack

A hacker identifying himself as “sinchankeke”, associated with a group named “Deface Zone Indonesia”,  has claimed responsibility for hacking into an Israeli website. The break-in to the website of www.ruahmidbar.co.il occurred April 5th and appeared to be an ordinary breach and defacement. Further inspection however found that the hackers planted a webpage (http://www.ruahmidbar.co.il/DDOS.php ) in the breached site, intended to generate a DDoS attack against an IP address associated with the Bank of Israel, a government website. This is the first publically reported instance of sites hacked to serve as cyber-parasites and carriers for future attacks.
